The Pink Tribute Tow Story
This truck was the idea of Cindy & Larry Haynie with LW’S Towing. Larry’s idea was to paint the truck pink and Cindy incorporated the idea of using the Susan G. Komen Ribbon on the truck and placing the name of a friend who was battling breast cancer. The idea took off with the help of Officer Thomas Mrozinski, who gathered a list of 240 names from colleagues of friends and family members that were survivors and non-survivors of breast cancer. It was then that Conway Kerico and David Moon with Texas Wrecker Sales went to work with this idea, designing the truck with our theme of checkers and ghost faded all the names alphabetically from the hood out.
